For today’s review I wanted to share a book that is one of my absolute favorites, The Handmade Home by Sania Pell (photos by Penny Wicker). This is an older book (published in 2010) but the color palettes she uses are absolutely timeless. The Homemade Home has 50 projects for home and gifts ideas. The projects will stretch your crafty muscles with sewing, beading, upcycling, painting, and clay work. With skill levels ranging from the beginner to the seasoned crafter. Throughout the book she includes “Quick ideas” to expand on her original projects.
If you’re a fan of more modern projects with clean lines and a delicate look you will fall head over heals for The Homemade Home. These are the kind of of projects that turn into family keepsakes. This book is great for any crafter or homemaker.
Sania Pell is also an amazing interior stylist and designer (not too mention a creative genius!) If you’d like to see more of her work, check out her blog here!
